  5. 2015 Q3 Guidance If the ratio of total non-operating income in the most recent four periods to pre-tax net income in the most recent four periods of a company is greater than 10%, and the company has announced information of a forecast nature, pursuant to Article 2 of “Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Standards for Determining Whether a TWSE Listed Company Shall Publish Complete Financial Forecasts,” the company must disclose the complete financial forecast for the whole year.
