Clinical presentation • Lateral ventricles • Cognitive impairment associated with hydrocephalus • Supratentorial • ↑ intracranial pressure, headache, nausea, vomiting, and bilateral papilledema • Infratententorial • nausea, vomiting, ataxia and nystagmus.
Imaging • CT scan: low density mass often with hydrocephalus • MRI: heterogenous, hyperintense with T2-weighted sequences
