CHC- Bagar Positive Findings • Timely payment to all concerned of JSY,MSLY benefits • Branding of HI for Delivery Point • Sufficient fund & Exp. under UF,AMG,Corpus Grant • One Janani Express for referral transport • Facility of Urine and Blood test at CHC(Hb<7=6) • 19th of every month fixed for Permanent method of FW • Availability of all vaccine ,spacing method of FW,free medicine • Labor room/NBCC equipment available -30 delivery PM • No C-section delivery • Tender Completed for cleanliness . • SBA Trained staff available
