Community Action Reporting (Outcomes) Used to post on web site & other marketing Useful to local programs, state offices, national organizations & programs Framed in Community Capital model Use Participatory Action Research model to evaluate program impact Use other methods such as comparison of secondary data and surveys

  7. Outcome Reporting on Logic Model Each organization has own evaluation methods, indicators, and reporting Constructs on logic model must be measured by all communities Includes impact on youth, adult volunteers, community leaders, program beneficiaries (citizens) & broader community
