  3. Step 2 WOM & Portal Mode of Sourcing was Portal. Please find the database as the supporting document. STEP 3 Screening & Scheduling Initial level of screening was done through Telephonic. Scheduled to meet the Campus director. The trackers will be evident on the resources supplied .

  4. Step 4 Shortlisted & selected • The Campus Director Shortlisted the good candidates as per the requirement • They were exposed to attend an skype interview with the CEO for next level of Screening. • The Best candidates were selected from the few eligible's for the process.

  5. Step 5 On boarding • Induction was conducted to them. • On the whole 5 candidates were placed. • 3 Career Manager • 2 Junior Advisor
