Eligibility • Schools • Non-profit elementary schools • Non-profit secondary schools • For-profit schools with endowments of less than $50 million • Libraries • Public libraries • Public elementary or secondary school library • Academic library
Discount Level • Schools • Number of students eligible for reduced or free lunch • Libraries • Must use the NSLP of local school district

Goals • Increasing academic achievement • Integrating the technology TEKS • Improving incorporation of technology • Provide training for educators • Provide software and other electronic resources

Advisory Committee • Responsible for evaluating all formally aspects of the plan in every April • Report is given to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees • STaR Chart results will be used to access the progress of each campus
