  2. Workgroup Restructure • January meeting – discussed restructuring • Consolidate inactive work groups (RTWG, EIWG) with IWG • Members requested time to consider consolidation. • Email vote sent to ISAS members in March – Responses were requested by April 4th.

  3. Workgroup Restructure • Not a large number of responses (13 responses) • Responses received were in favor of consolidation • Action Item: IWG will begin process to consolidate RTWG, EIWG into IWG

Workgroup Restructure • Next Steps • Review & Restructure work group charter • Bring an new work group charter to the August meeting in Portland • Work with WECC to have the WECC website restructured to reflect the consolidation • Merge existing membership from all three groups into new work group. • Goal to complete restructuring by August meeting.
