A part of Palliative Link Centre where physiotherapy rehabilitation and medical homecare is delivered free of cost without discrimination

BENEFICIARIES Physically challenged people having one able upper limb Mentally challenged people such as autistic, cerebral Palsy, delayed developmental Disorders Women from families devastated due to disease, accident, alcoholism, single mothers, destitute women School drop-outs who have studied up to 8th standard Regular students

  4. Rehab Beneficiaries Population of Physically challenged : 0.7% People with chronic diseases : 0.7% People with Mental challenges : 0.6% Population of Kerala being 333 Lakhs, 6.66 lakhs of people needs rehabilitation either due to disease or due to accidents.

  5. Hospices with Physiotherapy Centre and Multy Skill Centre 14 Hospices with Multi Skill Centres which will train about 6 skills @ 20 trainees/batch With 1+1+1 system, 360 ITI trainees Total trainees at a time: About 5000 people 24 staff at Rs180,000 PA salary (6 Crores PA) Capital exp. for machinery & Tools @75 lakhs/ unit: Rs 10 Crores

Link Centre with Physiotherapy & Vocational Training 152 Link Centre,min 2 NCVT, many MES courses With 1+1+1 system about 300 people could be trained in each Link centre Total Trainees at a time: About 45,000 Each ITI will employ 10 staff, at Rs180,000PA (Salary exp. Rs 27 Crores PA) Capital exp. @ Rs40 Lakhs: Rs 60 Crores

  7. Project Exp. Without Land & Building Capital Exp. for Hospice ITIs : 10 crores Capital Exp. for Link Centre ITIs : 60 Crores Salary Exp. for Hospice ITI : 6 Crores Salary Exp. For Link Centre ITI: 27 Crores
