Stages of investigation and treatment of tubo-peritoneal infertility. • Sonosalpingography • Uterine tubes obstruction Uterine tubes obstruction in ampullar part in isthmic part • Computed kymopertubation • on seduxen test background • Diagnostic laparoscopy • Tubes passable Interstitial obstruction • Ampullar obstruction • “In vitro” program • Laparoscopic plastics • Control with computed kymopertubation • Tubular passage is maintained • Obstruction • 12 months observation • Restored fertility No pregnancy

  3. Note: Computed kymopertubation means tubs functional condition. The kymopertubation is the type of examination, which is giving the prognoses of ectopic pregnancy and early pregnancy interruption.

  6. 4. In case of isthmic part obstruction, being detected with the use of sonosalpingography, computed kymopertubation must be carried out on the seduxen test background.
