  7. Lets cut one up hey? • Perhaps they were’nt mad, maybe there was a reason. • It stands to reason that as we take a lot of care in ensuring everything goes on the screen for a reason, that the original designer did too?

  10. the take home • 1 don’t immediately dismiss a design with a client, even if they start it off. ... At some point some one loved it. • Sometimes, the madness was perfectly rational at the time so ask yourself, if the owner was rational, why would they make those choices? • the Customer is always right.... for them. • and well sometimes.... it’s just better to be quiet and not get into fights.
