  2. How it all Began! • 1940- “Complex calculator/computer is completed by Bell telephone Laborataries which was designed by George Stibitz. This was considered to be the first demonstration as computing. • 1941- Bombe was completed and put to use as a form of communication for the military during WWII.

  3. Open to the Public • By 1943 society had gotten there first glimpse of computers. The ENIAC had been improved by 1,000 the speed then the first generations of computers • Colleges began to open up summer school on computing with FREE public lectures to the public.
