  4. The contents and its use • Theory of the scheme and an overview of the scheme • 6 progressive lessons 2 for each year group 6,8,10 and associated lesson materials • Model letter for parents • Guns and Knives film • Interactive DVD • Promotional bands

  5. Every Child Matters • This programme supports: • Every Child Matters (particularly ‘staying safe’) • Youth Crime Action Plan • Kent and Medway Children and Young Person plans • Dept for Children Schools and Families guidance to schools on gangs and group offending
