  2. Cognos – Password Protect PDF Documents On the “Report” tab, check “Override the default values. Select “PDF” as the format. Click on “Edit” under “PDF options”.

  3. Cognos – Password Protect PDF Documents Under “Access Control”, check “Requires a password to open the report”. Provide a password. Click OK > OK
