  2. Ah, Dad, Not today! • “Wait up! I can’t run that fast!” I cry as I tried to catch up with my buddies at school, “Why should I care?” shouted Owen, “Because your my friend!” I cry, “Not any more!” shouted Owen some more, I stopped running. That was my last friend! When I got my day got worse: I bumped my head, boozed my knee, and Dad’s making me work in the garden. “You have to cut down them weeds, kiddo.” said Dad, “Ah, Dad, Not today!” I say, “Yes, today!” Shouted Dad,

  4. Whoa! • I went over and started to weed. Soon my shovel hit something. I brushed off the dirt and saw a trap door. It looked magical and veryold. I looked at it. “Whoa,” I wisped. “Ahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HHHHHEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I scream as I fall down the trap door.

  5. The hidden Door • “Ahaaaaa!!!!!!” I yell, -PLOP!- Strait on the floor. There was a boy standing by me. “Oh, Please don’t eat me! I’m to young to die!” I say, • The boy looked at me. “I won’t eat you, are you crazy? I just need your help.” said the boy, At first I was to stund to speak but then I said: “What? I don’t even know your ame!” The boy smiled and said: “My name’s Jack”. I live in this cave and protect my family and friends. I need your help because there is a very bad man name Kaleb. You have powers to, Kelsey. You’ve just got to find them. In return I’ll give you gold for your help. Please help us, you’re one of the last people with powers your our last hope.” That night I couldn’t sleep. I was thinking about what Jack had said. The words echoed threw my head: You too have powers. You’ve just got to find them.”

  6. Three more days of training or three more days of life • The next morning Jack came in the room. “Kelsey, Kelsey, Kelsey” started Jack. “Yuck, you’re breath stinks!” said Jack, “Uh, anyways you need to find your powers today! Kaleb’s coming in three days! Either three more days of training or three more days of life!” At that instant My body started to rise in the air! I flew over to jack. “ I found a power. All I have to do is think: Ah man! And you fly!” I cry. Soon I find every single power and now I needed to find and time was flying by. I stayed up that night until 10:00 AM The next day.

  7. Where’s Jack? • I looked around for Jack. He was no where to be seen. I climbed up the stairs. He wasn’t by the trap door. I seemed to hear voices. I moved toured the voices. It was Jack’s kingdom! “Uh, Hello?” I cry as I walk awkwardly threw the crowd, “I need help! Jack’s gone! Help me!” An old man came to me. “Look.” He said with tears in his eyes. “Kaleb’s got him, He’s my Grandson. Look on his bed! You must find him! PLEASE!” I looked at the ground. Then I looked for the man but he went back into the crowd and out of sight. I ran to Jack’s room and looked at a note that read: I've got Jack SO DON’T BOTHER LOOKING FOR HIM! You’ll never Destroy me! HA! HA! HA! I’ll force him to tell all his secrets! HA! HA! HA! I looked at the note. “Oh no! This can’t be true!” I cry.

  8. Today Kaleb’s coming! • I scramble around the note. There was only one part I didn’t read: See you tonight. “What? Tonight? AHAAAAAA!!!” I said, right then a great idea popped in my head (I’m lucky about that: Always good ideas pop in my head when I need it!) Here’s a map of what I’m doing Asking for Jack. Saying that he has to give me Jack if I win. WAR! If I win I get Jack! GIVE ME JACK!

  9. THE WAR • Just then a shadow flew in the room smoke was every where! Then out of the smoke came Kaleb. “Greetings.” He said. “I've came to destroy a young girl named Kelsey. Do you know where she is?” I gulped. “She,” I started (My voice trebling), “ She’s right here! I’m Kelsey and got powers too!” Kaleb laughed his evil laugh. “ I’ll take you on if you give me Jack.” I say. “FINE.” He said. We fought each other for a month and I won. He gave me Jack and ran away as fast as he could. Jack smiled at me. I smiled back. Now I didn’t need Owen. I had got a better friend who I could trust. Someone who was never mean. I had Jack. I would never forget him.
