3. Introduction – Partnerships Page 1 of RFI Schools are encouraged to partners with community-based organizations
Levy funds can only be used to partner with organizations that have been approved through the RFQ process
Organizations receiving less than $5,000 per school year in Levy investments across all schools are exempt from the RFQ requirement

4. Introduction – Funding LevelsPages 1 & 4 of RFI This is a competitive process with no guarantee of funding
Submitting an RFI is required to receive FEL funding
Funding amounts will vary, depending on school need and quality of plan
25% of funds will be contingent on achieving results
7.5% mid-year indicator performance pay
7.5% end-of-year indicator performance pay
10% end-of-year outcome performance pay
