PRIORITIES • REPS Manual • Documentation of tenure related problems - Organization of documents to assess the problem and create the best process in dealing with the issue. • Conduct Conferences and continuous consultations • Creation of Union Journal - Venue for publications and documentation of practice regarding union work

ACHIEVEMENTS AND CHALLENGES • Union Time Implementation • Assert Union Representation in UP Committees • Grievance Procedure Guidelines (push for immediate implementation) • Implementation of Strategic Plans • Participation in Systemwide Faculty Conference • 10 Days SRP • Review and further discussions

  18. CAMPAIGNS • Call for Merit Promotions (based on slacks) • Call for Correction of all Deviated Items • Initiate Campaign with DBM for sufficient and appropriate items (research, info dissemination, mobilization) • Call for filling up Unfilled Items • Study eUP and make a stand

  19. CAMPAIGNS • Faculty Regent Selection • Staff Regent Selection • Oppose the charging of Class D patients at PGH • Study the new STFAP policy on the default bracket classification
