  2. Arnold, Missouri • The Arnold Red Light Camera Program was the first program in the state of Missouri • There are currently 11 cameras monitoring four intersections • There was a 20 day warning period from October 6-25, 2005 • The red light camera program went “live” on October 26, 2005
