The Challenge • Due to oil being received via both flow lines and(termed ‘inside’) and via tankers (termed ‘outside’) there is wild variation in input crude oil conditions due to uncertainty in ‘outside’ crude oil quality • Presence of very high water cuts at the input end due to regular hot water flushing jobs carried out at the wells due to which conventional flow improver technology fails
