Battle of Fort TiconderogaOn May 10,1775. Ethan Allen and Benedict Arnold led 83 Americans called the Green Mountains Boys.(Lee D. and Amberleigh R. ) There were 45 men in the British garrison at Fort Ticonderoga ,New York. (Lee D. and Amberleigh R. ) They took over without a shot being fired! (Lee D. and Amberleigh R. ) On May 11, they captured Crown Point, NY near Lake Champlain. Now the Canada could be invaded from the South. (Lee D. and Amberleigh R. )
