Contraction/Deannexation & Annexation Flagler County Airport Area Annexation Area Airport Commerce Center Contraction Area -Meets requirements for contraction: -Not developed for intense residential & commercial use -contraction will not result in creating non-contiguous areas in City -parcel becomes part of Flagler County Airport and uses will be regulated for airport purposes & consistent with other airport lands -action is consistent with previous actions to not attempt annexation of Flagler County Airport properties Contraction Area
