  4. What is an emulsion? It is a mixture of tiny droplets of one liquid in another liquid. To hold the emulsion together another substance is used called an emulsifier

  5. TASK 1. Carry out an investigation on emulsions using the method on the work sheet. 2. Answer the questions on the worksheet.
