Opportunity Recognition • Use Eva’s Edibles Plan as a model • Complete Section 1 of the business plan Mission Statement (p. 194) Social Responsibility (chapter 5) • Prepare your 30-second pitch presentation for tomorrow • In groups look at the written rubric for this section • How might you use this with students?

  5. Debrief & Reflection • Write down • Two things you learned that you’d like to use in your classroom • Two things you think maybe a challenge in your NFTE classroom and why • Two things you still need clarification on • Share with your group • Present back
