  2. สรุปสาระสำคัญ • ประกาศนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 ตุลาคม 2554 เป็นต้นไป • ให้ยกเลิกความในรายการ 15 ในรายละเอียดแนบท้ายประกาศกรมธุรกิจพลังงาน เรื่อง กำหนดลักษณะและคุณภาพน้ำมันดีเซล (ฉบับที่ 5) พ.ศ. 2554 ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยประกาศกรมธุรกิจพลังงาน เรื่อง กำหนดลักษณะและคุณภาพของน้ำมันดีเซล (ฉบับที่ 6) พ.ศ. 2554 และให้ใช้ข้อความต่อไปนี้แทน
