TG/XD Transition – Yr5 Timeline XD start date is Apr 1, 2010 RP Planning Non-Track 2 Operations target end date Mar 31, 2010 Users may need to transition off systems prior to Mar 31 to allow for shutting down/transitioning hardware GIG Planning Transition of services to XD Apr 1 thru Jul 31, 2010 Which services will need to continue? Specifics for transition won’t be known until XD award is public in late March 2010

  6. Current Planning Tasks Budget Assessment – Over/Underspent to-date Operations Definition/Budget – collect and categorize GIG and RP operations activities. Are there operations at your site that need to transition to XD? Projects Definition/Budget – Given the results of Budget Assessment and Operations Definition, are there funds remaining for project-based activities? Projects have Start/End Dates and Measurable Goals.
