Look for emotional support in different ways. It could help you to talk to other people who have cancer or you may feel better talking to a close friend or family member, or counsellor. Do what feels right for you.
Look for the Positive Try to be hopeful instead of thinking the worst. Even if times are bad now, look out for small pleasures in life. It is difficult but not impossible.
