  4. Research Question • What has historically hindered juvenile rehabilitation in detention centers and what can be done to improve the success rates of incarcerated youth?

Research Design • Inductive approach- exploratory, summary generating • Interviews of stakeholders in DC juvenile justice system- lawyers, community advocates, agency representatives • Archival research- Jerry M litigation, newspaper articles • Analysis of general themes and constructs • Limitations- disclosure policies, target population,

  6. Project Results • Website with online forum • Pamphlet- outlining history • Documentary (?)
