Point 1 We are inside the container of Europe 2020. Point 2 Italian data are worse than the European average both in initial training as in higher education (universities). The research sector is definitely backlog.
Point 3 To grow up (principal totem) are requested clear choices and new skills for new and / or different processes or sectors
Point 4 A) The "clear choices" are the “daughters” of a European process in which Europe will be recognized as the cradle of development policies.
Point 5 B) New mechanisms, new areas ..... it is obvious that the competence will be essential as well as the "capability". Hence derives the irreplaceable role, but not absolute, of the training, understood as substantially curricular.
Point 6 The capability needs of experience (skills) and mobilities are here: they enhance the skills and support them. (ERASMUS FOR ALL). This starting from living in the "common home".
Conclusions Training of skills can not be separated from an educational context. An educational approach must begin by family and children (school therefore is one of the tools) to arrive to all members of society. Awareness is the key words of responsible behavior. These reasons justify the relationship education / training and society in all its aspects (productive, ecological, economic). From all of this arise the "capabilities".
