Tilting at Windmills, In Pursuit of a Better Understanding of Our Users • We were overwhelmed by the tasks ahead. We delegated and found strength within our eERL team and without, from our evergrowing network of digital library peers/friends. • We were unsure of what techniques to use. Thanks to our workshops through NSDL and JCDL, we have a course of action--Talk Alouds and Outcomes Assessment. • We thought we knew our users pretty well. We found out we have a lot to learn but are on track.
