Appointment Scheduler • What is it? • A process for students to schedule appointments with admins through your CSO site. • What’s Included? • Ability to create and customize your own Appointment Types • Configure limits, lead and freeze times • Admins set individual availability • Students search and select appointment times • Automatic confirmation and reminder emails

Resume Creator • What is it? • A template based system to help your students create a resume. • What’s included? • 13 Templates for you to choose from • Templates can be renamed • Ability for students to download their resume for additional changes • No limit on the number of resumes the student can create

Automated Student Uploads • What is it? • An automated process to import student data into your site on a nightly basis. • What’s included? • Custom import capable of importing into any field on the student profile • Process is automated, so no admin interaction is required • Notification emails sent, alerting you to any uploads that do not process
