DeOPSys Lab – Role in TRANSit (1/2) • 1. Communication Component • 1.3 International Intermodal Freight Transport Open Conference • The university is actively involved in this action. • It includes the design and implementation of an international conference in Athens • 3. State-of-the-Art and Network Requirements • 3.2 Systems and Technologies: State-of-the Art • The university is actively involved in this action. • It includes the analytical description of existing state-of-the-art technologies regarding intermodal/multimodal transport.
DeOPSys Lab – Role in TRANSit (2/2) • 4. Transit Platform Design and Operation • 4.1 Transit Platform Design and Implementation. • The university is responsible for this action. • This action includes the design analysis and implementation of the TRANSit platform. • 4.3 Transit Operation: Executions of Pilot experimentations. • Responsible is the prefecture of South Aegean. However, there will be strong involvement –mainly consulting- of the University of Aegean for the correct execution of the pilot testing scenarios (platform evaluation results).
