JLC Proposal to American Light Bulb Manufacturing • Cooperate with American Light Bulb Manufacturing to be a preferred long term supplier for its GLOBAL requirements for LIW raw materials. • JLC intents to maintain and guarantee sustained short and long term competitive advantage to Aero Light . • JLC can be a low cost base manufacturing facility with preferential pricing towards American Light Bulb Manufacturing based on mutually agreed “cost plus” calculations. • Supply Dumet wire of high quality and at low cost.
