Module I: Critical & Creative Thinking Students will be expected to show proficiency in applying the intellectual and practical skills of leadership with critical thinking, strengths, and crucial conversations, in a written assessment. Students will analyze their leadership experiences and make direct links to the unit content.
Outcome 69: Student will show knowledge of principles of critical thinking
Module II: Cultural Anthropology & Inclusive Leadership Students will show knowledge of human cultures in relation to leadership roles and methods.
Privilege activities, shocking realizations, and targets versus agents.
Inventory outcomes: 50-68 Outcome 61: Students will demonstrate knowledge of McIntosh’s theory of privilege and its relationship to leadership.
Module III: Crisis Leadership Presentation Students will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of leadership theory and models, reflect upon group dynamic issues, as well as crisis management models in order to effectively solve real world issues.
Outcome 76: Student will demonstrate knowledge of leadership that is used in crisis.
Module III: Integrated Learning- Leadership Website Module III: Integrated Learning- Leadership Website Students expected to create and post a Capstone website, supported by evidence that demonstrates your knowledge of the theoretical and experiential applications of leadership development.
