GridTalk • Status of DoW, CA, GA, project start date • DoW – amended DoW produced to include extension period • End date – project extended to end August 2010 • CERN responsibilities • iSGTW Editor (Sep 2010 – April 2013) – lead WP3 • Budget (EC funds and matching manpower) • Requested EC contribution = 500,000 Euros • CERN total budget 214,881 Euros (164,009 initial budget + 23,432 Cristy Burne + 27,440 extension) • List of people working on the project • Dan Drollette (iSGTW Editor) • Next steps • Agree date and venue for final review (September, Brussels) • Final project deliverables • Handover period between iSGTW editors (Dan will leave in April 2010)

  2. e-ScienceTalk • Status of DoW, CA, GA, project start date • DoW – final version uploaded to NEF, good feedback from EC • CA – GridTalk version with consortium for initial comments • GA – waiting for final version of DoW • Start date – 1 September 2010 • CERN responsibilities • iSGTW Editor (Sep 2010 – April 2013) – lead WP3 • Science Writer / Dissemination Officer (Sep 2010 – April 2013) – WP1, 2 & 3 • Budget (EC funds and matching manpower) • Requested EC contribution = 1,300,000 Euros • Total budget = 1,456,245 Euros • CERN requested budget = 466,070 Euros • List of people working on the project • Dan Drollette (iSGTW Editor), Science Writer to be recruited • Next steps = sign A5 forms, finalise CA and GA, recruit Science Writer
