  8. Head Office All planning and improvement processes including all sampling, cutting, sorting, embroidery, printing, sewing, ironing, packaging, inspection and shipment processes are carried out at the Head Office building in İstanbul which has a closed area of nearly 2950 m2.

  15. Quality Management System We do production direction of our quality policy that is prepared according to our production organization flow. Live Quality With Company Culture Internalized Personals ! Quality management starts from entrance of raw materials. We test raw materials in two steps, independent laboratory tests (ITS, STR…) and internal tests such as; Washing, absorbency, colour fastness, elongation tests Also production lines are continously daily controlled Personals are informed about quality practices by trainings during the year and missing parts are revised with corporation of personals. Measurement, packing standards etc. are controlled in last quality control point.

Recycling of rain water (completed project) Sun tracker system (on-going project) CorporateResponsibilityandSustainablity at Erateks A water butt is a 40 ton container that collects rainwater that lands on a roof by redirecting it from a downpipe. The watering will be used watering plants, daily use washing windows, flush box…etc A solar tracker collects the solar energy and reflects to the indoors. By this implemantation the target energy 6336 kwh ,3,42 tonnes CO2 down from 38016 kwh,20.52 tonnes CO2 per year. Provide the energy consuption of 31680kwh,17.10tonnesCO2. Replacing approximately 84% of our demand. - - All environmental laws are applied. - Recycling of all packaging and metarials - Electricity, fuel, water, or other basic needs supplies are subject to measures to reduce consumption.
