NFPA 1851 Records shall be kept for each protective ensemble or ensemble elements: • Person to whom element is issued • Date and condition when issued • Manufacturer and model name or design • Manufacturer’s identification number, lot number or serial number • Month and year of manufacture • Dates and findings of advanced inspections • Dates and findings of advanced cleaning or decontamination and who performed cleaning or decontamination • Reason for advanced cleaning or decontamination and who performed cleaning or decontamination • Dates of repair, who performed repair and brief description of repair • Date of retirement • Date and method of disposal Know the standard.
