This project focuses on the modernization of Ukraine's state budget execution by implementing an Integrated Transactions Information System. Before the project, information exchange among regulatory and reference authorities was complicated and often distorted. With the integration of the RRI system, amendments are instantly updated and registered only once, streamlining the information exchange process. The implementation will involve 28 territorial budgets and spending units, creating a network of integrated registers for seamless data flow. The system ensures multi-channel access, business analytics, and data management, enhancing decision-making capabilities and control functions. Through the integration of processes and systems like J2EE, .NET, and ABAP, the project aims to simplify business processes, reduce employee involvement, streamline documentation flow, and improve information integrity. This initiative will set a new standard for central data storage and efficiency in managing state budget components.
