WHAT NEXT? • Presentation by President Barroso at Spring Summit • Energy Council debate (other Councils involved → ECOFIN, Competitiveness, General Affairs, etc) • GP is priority for: Austrian, Finnish, German presidencies and the European Parliament • Consultation with stakeholders / public / media • Following consultation: Commission develops specific priorities / instruments / impact assessments leading to a strategic EU Energy Review
