BW# 1 Aug, 20, 2012 (M)pg 1-5 • Directions: Fill out information card with the following information. • Name (first & last). • Address (street, city, state) • Home phone number • Parent’s Name • Parent’s Cell phone number • Parent’s Work phone number • Parent’s email address (if you know it) • Indicate how you go home: bus rider, car rider, walker, After School All Stars, After School Sports/Club • If you do not have any of this information, bring it in tomorrow! • Copy Homework in planner!

  2. What To Do!Aug 21, 2012 • Take out any supplies you may have. • 2. Turn in completed green index cards. • 3. Label your Fall Interactive Notebook (spiral) • w/your first & last name & write the word Fall • on cover. • 4. Do the same thing w/your Spring • Interactive Notebook (if you have it) & leave in • class. • 5. Take out a pencil ONLY! No pens!!!!
