Project Objetive Strengthen the efforts of the governments of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguayto implement their shared vision for the environmentally and socially sustainable economic development of the la Plata Basin, specifically in the areas of the protection and integrated management of its water resources and adaptation to climatic change and variability, coordinated and locally executed by the CIC, within and through its comprehensive structure and with extensive and ongoing participation by stakeholders Harmonize and prepare a Programme of Strategic Actions for the Sustainable Management of the la Plata Basin.
