Internship: Ware MalcombIrvine Requirements: Ware Malcomb is an international design firm providing planning, architecture, interior design, branding and civil engineering services to commercial real estate and corporate clients. In this position, you will create/maintain personnel files, assist with company social events, and provide administrative support to an HR Team of 8. This generalist opportunity will help support a 22 office firm with 500+ employees. PAID | P/T: SUMMERRequired availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays 4-6 Hours/day. More hours may be available. PAID | P/T: Fall Flexibility between Monday-Friday, 8-5pm depending on school schedule | Required 12-18 hours/week. • Currently enrolled in a college or university program studying Human Resources or Business Administration. • Strong Word, Excel & PowerPoint computer skills to create various documents. • Must be detail-oriented, have a personality that works with all levels of staff, be reliable and wants to support a great work culture.   11. Internship: Kia Motors America, Inc. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY • HR Operations team (consisting of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, & HRIS) – focus on the HR Information System implementation, and related report building, data analysis, usage best practices, and other associated projects. (50%) • HR TDE – focus on analysis and reporting of usage with core platforms supporting KMA’s TDE initiatives, including the KMA Careers Site, the KMA Intranet/Portal, Degreed (the learning platform), and YouEarnedIt (the recognition platform). This includes recommendations for best practices in marketing, communication and adoption/usage of these platforms. (50%) EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION: • In progress of Bachelor’s degree • Human Resources focus preferred OVERALL RELATED EXPERIENCE: • Prior internship experience a plus • Familiarity with an HR system/platform (or other system experience) SKILLS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • HRIS or other related system skills, including on-line and/or mobile platforms • Analytical and administrative skills • Reporting skills Location: Irvine, Ca Summer F/T: 6/10/19-8/16/19 Paid: $18/hr Apply NOW!
