Your school can create customized behavior forms like the one above to address and inform parents of misconduct. The components of the form include a heading and the specific details describing the infraction. Ascend SMS User Guide
The admin or principal can customize this form from their account. Select Customize Infractions from the Infractions tab. Select Add Infraction Type to create a heading. Name your Heading and select the infraction type. Ascend SMS User Guide
Click on the newly created heading to add the infraction details associated with the heading type. Select Add Infraction Detail Ascend SMS User Guide
Add the general description of the behavior to the Infraction Detail Name field. Assign points associated with the infraction. The infraction is now available to be selected from the personal comments of the teachers’ portals. Ascend SMS User Guide
