Welcome to 2 sets of photos I recently took at Disneyland.

Welcome to 2 sets of photos I recently took at Disneyland. These may not be your typical “tourist” photos – and that’s fine with me. You may even learn something along with the viewing! At least enjoy these shots and be very glad I didn’t post all my photos here!!.

  1. Welcome to 2 sets of photos I recently took at Disneyland. These may not be your typical “tourist” photos – and that’s fine with me. You may even learn something along with the viewing! At least enjoy these shots and be very glad I didn’t post all my photos here!!

  2. As you enter Disneyland, the fire department is on your left. What you may not know is that Walt lived over the fire department during much of the construction of Disneyland so he’d be close at hand.

  3. Here is a closer view of the window to Walt’s apartment – where there is kept a light burning in Walt’s memory. Next time you visit – check it out for yourself.

  4. There has been two cardinal rules for all employees at Disneyland – and one which you will find first even on the CEO’s list of responsibilities.. #1. Pick up trash. The second rule is broken in this photo – can you spot it? #2 … ???

  5. A beauty in deed – the beast was no where to be found.

  6. The upper room in the castle was used by the Disney telephone operators!

  7. While this appears to be only a sign on a French Quarter building – what is important is that the room behind the sign was designed to be Walt Disney’s final apartment at Disneyland. Walt passed away before it was complete. You can tour the apartment if you take the Disney Walking Tour.

  8. These are the back steps leading up to what was to be Walt’s apartment in the French Quarter.

  9. In case you wonder – yes, this is the Haunted Mansion.
