  2. Hello I’m Jana the Jaguar. I’m here to tell you all about Jaguars. My kind are often mistaken for the leopard. We have spots like a leopard. Our fur is a tan colour or we’re completely black.   3. My scientific name is Panthera Onca. Jaguars are mammals so they give live birth. They are also a part of the cat family. Mi nombre científico es Panthera Onca. Los jaguares son mamíferos así que dan nacimiento. Están también separada de la familia de gato. This is my family

  5. Vivo en Suramérica pero mi familia y los amigos pueden también ser encontrados en Arizona, America Central, Luisiana, México, New México y Tejas. Vivo en selvas tropicales y me ven apenas más arriba de 8000 pies. Puedo también vivir en arbolado y prado secos. I live in South America but my family and friends can also be found in Arizona, Central America, Louisiana, Mexico, New Mexico and Texas. I live in Rainforests and I’m barely seen higher than 8000 feet. I can also live in dry woodland and grassland.

We have nice long teeth that can pierce a reptiles shell and we have sharp claws to kill our prey like deer, peccaries and otters.

  7. Somos cazadores muy buenos y comemos la carne. Buscamos y comemos ciervos, peccaries, nutrias, pescados y otros animales de marina. Otros mamíferos, anfibios y reptiles son también nuestra cena. We are very good hunters and we eat meat. We hunt and eat deer, peccaries, otters, fish and other marine animals. Other mammals, amphibians and reptiles are also our dinner. Oh No!!!

We are hunted because we kill domestic animals and farmers kill us because they consider us as an nuisance. My family, friends and I live up to 18 years. Scientists aren’t exactly sure how many of us are left in the wild. They think about 8000-12000 are left in the world.
