  3. Using the Action Steps - ABCDE • Analyze the situation • What is the problem? • How do I feel? • What do I need or want? • Do I need more information

Using the Action Steps - ABCDE • Evaluate if it works • Do you keep making the same mistakes? • If you don’t study, and get a 60, maybe you should study • If you study and get a 60, maybe you should study some more • If several people say you are annoying, ask yourself “What am I doing that people say is annoying them.”
