Higher salaries are the only incentives that can motivate faculty, staff, and administrators to pursue change. You must be careful not to spend taxpayer dollars, especially when creating change. We don’t have to (or it’s best not to) involve others. We can figure problems out by ourselves. You can buy your way to growth; thus, you can buy your way to greatness. traditions You should stay in your own backyard.
