Field Testing Inertial Navigation Technology for Continuous Miner Automation

The project involves benchmark and field testing of the latest inertial navigation technology for continuous miner automation. Testing is conducted on a calibrated rotary table, inertial test track, and modified Numbat skid-steer vehicle. Field visits to 15 mines in NSW and Queensland are ongoing to review roadway development processes against actual operating models.
