Why have Committees ? Purpose of an A.A. COMMITTEE is to assist INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS of A.A. & the Groups to Carry the MESSAGE OF RECOVERY

Area 66 Committee Organization Chairpersons are appointed by Area Chair All but one (Archives) - 2 year Rotation Period Committee Chairs are members of the Area Committee & vote at Area Assemblies Chairpersons rotate out after each 2 year period
Area 66 Committee Organization Current Committee Member MAY be appointed as Chairperson for next rotation Committees have a budget for expenses Written Report to Area Assembly at each meeting Meet as needed between assemblies Stay informed on GSC Agenda & suggest or recommend to Area Assembly
