Subsequent measurementsfound lower mass values ggKSKp ggKSKp 3642 MeV BaBar (PRL 92, 142002) CLEO hep-ex/0306060 e+e-J/yX 3630 MeV 3633 MeV elle hc hc ‘ Mx
M(hc’): current status Mavg =3637±4 MeV (Crystal Ball excluded)
1st look at BK KSKp with ~300 fb-1 (e7 most of e39) 1st use J/y signal to establish resolution And mass scale M(KSKp) GeV
Fit Mbc-DE dists for B signals±45 MeV around MJ/y in 10 MeV bins Fit: M= 3097.0 ± 0.85 MeV (PDG: 3096.92 MeV) Resol: s = 7.6 ± 0.7 MeV
Fit Mbc-DE dists for B signals at hc’±60 MeV around 3655 MeV in 10 MeV bins Fit: M= 3644.7 ± 2.5 MeV (PRL: 3654± 11 MeV) Width: G= 24.5 ± 11.6 MeV Use K* excluded sample to avoid y’ contamination
Check with cc1±45 MeV around 3510 MeV in 10 MeV bins Fit: M= 3509.5 ± 1.7 MeV (PRL: 3510.6 ± 0.1 MeV) Width: s fixed at J/y value
Mass and width for hc±60 MeV around 2990 MeV in 10 MeV bins Fit: M= 2983.9 ± 1.1 MeV (PRL: 2979.6 ± 1.2 MeV) Width: G= 32.7 ± 3.8 MeV Use K* excluded sample to avoid y’ contamination

comments • Use J/y & cc1KSKp as a reference • Reduces systematics • M(hc) & M(hc’) seem to depend on process • Interference with non-resonant amplitudes?
