  2. Introduction:God is above all else … The Holy One!

  3. It is difficult for us with our limited intellect to comprehend a being that is infinitely holy.

  4. He is so high, so distinct, so great, so sacred from all creation that the only way we can ever approach the Holy One is through the sacred blood of His Son. (Isaiah 12:1-6 / Acts 20:28)

  5. I. Holiness is God’s primary Attribute.

  6. A. The prophet Isaiah was particularly occupied with God’s holinessIsaiah 1:4 / 6:1-6 / 57:15

  7. B. Because God is holy, He is totally separate and unique from all that is common.Exodus 15:11
