Dynamic Stretch – Inch Worm • Start with your legs straight and your hands/finger tips on the floor as close to your feet as possible • Keeping your core tight and legs straight, slowly walk your hands out • Next, keeping your legs straight, walk your feet to your hands with ankle steps • Avoid using your knees or hips to bring your feet back to the starting position • This movement will stretch your posterior chain, and strengthen your shins and shoulders
